No matter the contents, don the following:
  • Two pairs of XT nitrile gloves
  • Chemo gown
  • Water-resistant shoe covers
  • PAPR
Place all items in a chemo transport box and give to Float 2 Pharmacist. 
Disposal Instructions for Float 2:
  • Don as above
  • Broken glass items: place in chemo sharps
  • Broken non-glass items: chemo black hazardous container
  • Undamaged item: decontaminate in BSC with HD clean wipes
